Thermal Upgrade to East Riding of Yorkshire Council Home

We secured this contract via competitive tender for reputable and diverse Hull-based Principal Contractors, Hobson & Porter. Working collaboratively for East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC), we successfully delivered a high-quality External Wall Insulation (EWI) installation using the EWI Pro range of materials. The project required a finish that complemented the existing aesthetic, and brick-effect render was selected. Thanks to our expertise, we were able to install a seamless, first-class brick-effect render finish, effectively masking the installation of substantial 100mm phenolic insulation slabs.

In close liaison with all stakeholders and by following manufacturer guidance and standard details, we ensured every element of the installation was executed correctly—maximising benefit without detriment to the existing property.
