As a business with solid foundations within the City of Hull, we are proud to have contributed & continue to contribute our trade specialisms to the redevelopment Ings Road Hull, this project is one of many in the heart of East Hull & West Hull that we have been appointed for and contribute to.  

Our involvement at Compendiums Partnership with Hull City Council and Together Homes spans two decades such is the magnitude of this regeneration works.   

We & our workforce are from the City of Hull working on improvement of these streets we live & love together.  Along with our regional leaders are proud & dedicated, to business & our people, grateful to play our small part in this community redevelopment that is transforming the regions community homes to modern standards and expectations as is the developers, Vision.   

Contracted by Lovell to deliver External Through Coloured Render, internal Drylining & Plastering works to 3 of their build projects at Ings Road, over 11 years of periodic engagement, we are moving strong and continuing delivery of our finishes to professional standards, scope of works, building regs and Principal Contractor, to Lovell expectations. 

Working with the site teams that extend years and many hands we have contributed to sustained delivery and once more can substantiate our professionalism, durability and stability that we achieve daily in continued practice year after year. 

The plots vary in size & scope with large & generous internal layouts for high end private sales side by side with affordable and social housing, each delivered to high standards with pride in our quality, delivering meaningful trusted work by our local Hull & East Riding of Yorkshire workforce, contributing to a truly sustainable community project. 

As we work consistently continuing the delivery of the current phase 2c we hope to work again with Lovell at Compendium continuing the delivery our trade specialism of Drylining, Plastering and External Render on the Ings, East Hull & Sutton, Community Regeneration project.
