Delivering Quality Drylining & Plastering for New Build Homes Across East Yorkshire

Contracted to deliver Drylining & Plastering works for Vistry Homes to two of their developments at Minster Way Beverley, Longfields & Spark Mill Meadows, after 4 years periodic engagement we are close to closing out the final plots of Contract that we hope to complete for the end of January 2026. 

We are delighted to have been selected and appointed by Vistry Homes to deliver our specialisms of plastering & rendering on this New Build Housing Contract in the heartland of East Yorkshire. 

Commencing plastering works to the first show homes in Sept 2021 during a period of peak production we did our part to deliver drylining & plastering works reliably and consistently to standards and specifications with professionalism & competency demanded by the developer & modern construction industry.   

House design & practicalities varied from 2 bed affordable homes to 4 bed luxurious housing under the Bovis & Linden banner that are synonymous with quality, plastering to each house type delivered to the same high standard.   

During the build we were delighted to assist the site team securing industry coveted Pride in the Job award that is issued by the building control body & guarantor NHBC to encourage, reward & celebrate display of skill, competency & dedication to the construction of new build homes & are proud to play our part in that delivery. 

Our selection and appointment to these projects ensured an East Yorkshire local business with the heart of its workforce in Hulls urban zones & surround East Yorkshire villages ensured delivery of A sustainable, regionally productive & economically rewarding outcome during the construction phase, our selection by Vistry along with appointment of other regional trades ensured a truly community driven project. 

We hope to work with Vistry again soon to delivery our trade specialism of Drylining, Plastering and External Render to A wide range of housing for the East Yorkshire Community.
